The suite of energy treatments and clearing processes provided by Enhance Your Energy are designed to support you via the complex fields of energy that both surround you and flow through you.
Therefore, the services provided can be best described as catalysts, facilitators and channels assisting You with Your energy.
Therefore, both Your conscious and subconscious commitment to the clearing processes and/or treatments will have a significant impact upon the energy flow. Hence for property clearings consent must be provided by the property owner(s) and the resident(s) at the time of the clearing process.
Please be aware that upon initial review we may qualify that your selected treatment or process is unlikely to provide a significant or tangible benefit to you at that time, and recommend that you do not proceed.
Although the experience from past clearings and treatments, as evidenced by the testimonials, demonstrates that it could help you achieve transformational improvements in your personal energy and/or your environment there can be no guarantee of success.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you contact us via the web form, we collect the prescribed personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. [When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.] We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 1998. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to Enhance Your Energy. If you believe that any information we are holding about you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to or email us as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to make an enquiry, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at Enhance Your Energy, Belvedere House, Higham Road, Burton Latimer, Northamptonshire NN15 5PU (or via the webform or the phone number on the website).
We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
RETENTION & DELETION
You have the right to request that we delete personal data that we hold about you, except we are not obligated to do so if we need to retain such data in order to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
For enquiry related data that does not proceed to the provision of paid services by Enhance Your Energy, your personal data will be deleted between six and twelve months after the last contact, unless Enhance Your Energy are formally requested to do so in advance of those periods by the data owner.
Where paid services have been commissioned, records will be kept in accordance with prevailing regulatory and insurance guidance. Under current guidance, paper records will be maintained and securely stored related to service provision information and supporting data for no less than six years and no more than ten years. Please note that this period may be required to be longer where the individual benefiting from the services of Enhance Your Energy was under the age of 18 at the time of the provision. However, electronic records will be deleted from all electronic devices between twelve and eighteen months following the last paid service being completed unless there is an existing legal obligation to make them available.
**There will be allowance made for a transition period between 25th May 2018 and 25th May 2019 to fully establish this process across all past electronic and paper records.
We do not currently accept any payments through our website, with any payments being settled by off-line individual invoicing.
The third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

Enhance Your Energy
Both Property Clearing and Personal Treatment fees once agreed (including any discounts) can be processed through PayPal via a bespoke emailed invoice system.
Payments will need to be made in full (and fully cleared for any non PayPal transactions) before either a bespoke energy profile assessment is undertaken, a treatment module is prepared and commenced or property clearing is assessed, planned and actioned.
Where a phased and timebound payment programme has been agreed, each installment will need to be paid by the due date for the treatment programme to continue at the scheduled pace.
